Exchange & Return
We have a 7 business days return & exchange policy, which means you have 7 business days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange.
To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over RM300 (Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Panty are not allowed for return and exchange due to hygiene concern. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift items.

Refunds (If Applicable)
1. Once we have received and verified the returning item(s), the amount of the refund will be issued to you via email or WhatsApp in the form of a Return Discount Code (strictly no cash refund) within 7-14 days.
2. The credit value stored in the Return Discount Code could be used to offset your next order within a valid period of 90 days and will auto-expire after which.
