For Malaysia Orders:

Returns
1. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 


Goods sold are STRICTLY not refundable and not exchangeable UNLESS under the following circumstances for which the goods may be exchanged:

a. Manufacturing defects;

b. Items damaged during delivery;

c. No bra has not been washing; or

d. The size does not fit.


3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and verified the returning item(s), the amount of the refund will be issued to you via email or WhatsApp in the form of a Return Discount Code (strictly no cash refund) within 7-14 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
1. Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.


2. Applicable for return and exchange in the event of “wrong size” or “defect upon receiving".


3. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@hermonisse.com.my or whatapps us.

Gifts
1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

2. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
1. To return your product, email us at sales@hermonisse.com.my or whatapps us  

2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4. If you are shipping an item over RM300 (Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Shipment
1. All orders will be processed and shipped out on Monday – Friday ( excluding Public Holidays).


2. Cut-off at 1 pm. Orders placed before 1 pm will be processed and shipped out on the same day.
 

Changing or Canceling Orders
Request for changing or canceling orders, please do contact us at sales@hermonisse.com.my or whatapps us

Any requests for changes or cancellations made after the scheduled ship date will not be accepted.

 

For International Orders:

Exchange 
Exchange of item(s) is not applicable for international orders; alternatively, you can return your order.


Returns
Our policy lasts for 7 days from the date that you have received the item(s). Thereafter on the 7th day, you are not eligible to return your item(s).


Shipping
1. Kindly ensure that the returning item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging.


2. The returning item(s) MUST NOT BE washed, worn, altered, damaged and/or original contents removed from the original packaging.

3. To initiate a return request, kindly reach us through our WhatsApp or email us at sales@hermonisse.com.my for an approval.

4. Pack the returning item(s) into a securely sealed package.

5. Send your parcel via post/courier with a valid tracking number to our Malaysia fulfillment center. Do update the tracking number to our customer service representative.

6. All shipping costs for returning your item shall be at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: the shipping fee from Malaysia to Singapore is from MYR35


Refunds (if applicable)
1. Once we have received and verified the returning item(s), the amount of the refund will be issued to you via email or WhatsApp in the form of a Return Discount Code (strictly no cash refund) within 7-14 days.

2. The credit value stored in the Return Discount Code could be used to offset your next order within a valid period of 90 days and will auto-expire after which.
